The CRMU Energy Efficiency Rebate Program for 2010 provides financial incentives to encourage customers to purchase and install energy efficient appliances, lights, HVAC systems and other devices and home improvements which use electricity, natural gas and water wisely.

Federal Tax Credits for Consumer Energy Efficiency If you purchase an energy-efficient product or renewable energy system for your home, you may be eligible for a federal tax credit. Please note, not all ENERGY STAR qualified products qualify for a tax credit. ENERGY STAR distinguishes energy efficient products which, although they may cost more to purchase than standard models, will pay you back in lower energy bills within a reasonable amount of time, without a tax credit.
Energy Star Products
ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.
