Billing & Payment Options
CRMU offers the following billing and payment options:
Billing Information
CRMU customers receive one bill for all utility and city services (electric, natural gas, water, wastewater, trash and storm water). Communication customers receive one bill for all communication services (cable television, internet and telephone). Both bills should be received on or around the 10th of each month and are due on the last day of the month. Click here for a detailed explanation of your monthly utility bill.
Budget Billing
Pay the same amount every month! It's convenient for you. Budgets are an average of previous charges to provide a level payment for the next 12 months. Because usage varies due to weather, living habits, etc., customers are typically behind or ahead of the actual charges incurred. New budgets are calculated on a yearly basis. To request a budget proposal - click here.
Payment
CRMU customers have the convenience of paying both the utility and communications bill with one payment. We accept cash, money order, check (no two-party checks), and credit cards (Mastercard & Visa only). Payments are due the last day each month. Payments must be received by then to avoid a late fee. Listed below are a few options to make your life easier.
Payment Submission
Submit your payment by mail, drop box, or in person at our office counter or drive-thru window. Our drop box is located on the south side of the muncipal building - just east of the drive-thru window.
